The emperor's palace... it has a network independent of the New Tokyo net for safety. The only way to get into this network would be to Jack-In, and several palace guards would stop you before you could to run thorough background checks on you.
Inside the network are said to be eight rare weapons. The emperor has stated: "Those lucky enough to find them may keep them. But I doubt anyone will ever do that."

To enter, you MUST defeat one Network God, and have at least one Giga Chip.
The area in which the four Network Gods watch over the net. There are no virii here, but lots of Chip Data laying around for the taking.
